Return Window You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
What's Covered We accept returns and exchanges for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong size or fit
- Incorrect or damaged items
- Change of mind, in original condition
Refund vs. Store Credit
- Defects, damage, or incorrect items: full refund to your original payment method.
- Change of mind or sizing preference: store credit for the full order value, valid for 12 months from issue date.
How to Start a Return Email us at team@savage-servants.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective
We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Processing Time Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Store credit is issued within 2 business days of us receiving your return. Exchanges ship within 5–7 business days once we receive your return.
Condition for Returns Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
